I go to the gym to cancel my membership when my contract was about to expire in the next 2 months as I need to give a 60 days notification for the cancellation.I was told I need to come back at the end of my contract to apply for cancellation and give another 60 day notice to cancel.What is the purpose of contract stating its for 1 year then? I need an answer why the contract states 1 year where you are literally making the customer pay for 1 year and 2 months ? Is this another money rip off strategy?
it seems most of the negative reviews are related to billing. I've had situations where I've needed to cancel my Retro membership - it's very straightforward if you actually read your contract and follow the directions.
Not crowded most of the times, decent crowd and good management. I never waited for more than 5 mins for any equipment. They have a lot! Great protein shakes too.
I recently went back and they must have gone through a major change because it was a great experience and I decided to sign up recently. Lots of equipment, organized, clean bathrooms, and there seems to be new employees.
I moved to Woodbridge last year and I went to check this gym out. It was a MESS, nothing re-racked, dirty bathrooms, rude employees.
Even during the non-peak hours (9-12pm) there's still more people than you'd expect, but that's due to the convenient location right off Rt1. As long as you don't workout during peak times (6-9pm) this is the best gym in the area.
Gym is ok for workout.Staff is friendly.T&C for cancellation is confusing and tedious to understand.They have charged me for extra 2 months while revoking the membership.
Great members, owners do not value members or their employees. Money hungry owners that don't upgrade anything. Oh and the owners no 0% about fitness.
