The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping centres. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
Got upgraded to a suite and the room is awesome. Staff is very friendly. Here for work and they made me feel at home.
It’s 12:35 am and I’m writing my first negative review. We arrived around 11 pm for our stay. We are traveling with two small children, ages 1 and 2. When we made our reservation we requested a pack and play. We called about two hours before we arrived to confirm, as we were hoping for a quick transition from the car to the hotel room and were hopeful it could be set up in the room in advance. When we arrived we asked the employee at the desk about the pack and play, he said he didn’t know if it was in there. We came up to the room and checked, no pack and play. We called and he looked for a pack and play. He told us they were all in use. We requested some extra blankets to try and make a suitable bed on the floor. All that was available were two textured sheets they use as duvet covers. So, here I sit, at 12:39 am, writing this review, because my 1 year old is running around the hotel room and she’s never going to go to sleep without some kind of containment. It also doesn’t help that we don’t have a comfy spot or any bedding. We took the blankets off of our bed to try and make her comfortable on the floor. Overall, in the past we have always looked forward to our stay with Marriott. We previously had earned some type of Gold Status and our stays were fantastic. That has since expired and I’m not sure Marriott will be our go to in the future, if without our Gold Status customer service is completely out the window.
My company rented the conference room to conduct some interviews for open positions we have. The conference room was clean and well maintained. Fresh coffee and tea was provided. But it is pretty standard for any hotel offering similar spaces.
Wow, this was such a nice hotel. We stopped here on a ride back from Philly and we're pleasantly surprised. It is a newer hotel with great too a and nice facilities. Breakfast was awesome and it was fairly convenient to the main highways in the area.
